How do I redeem my free ride?

After winning a free ride on the spin wheel, show the prize screen to any Dream Riders team member at the park. They'll verify and honor your prize. Prizes are valid for 30 days from the date won.

Does the app work without internet?

Yes! All 6 games work completely offline — perfect for airplanes, road trips, or anywhere without Wi-Fi. An internet connection is only needed for account creation and subscription management.

How do I get my 30-day free trial?

If you've signed a waiver at any Dream Riders location, enter your waiver email address during signup. We'll automatically verify your status and apply the 30-day free trial.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime through your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Dream Riders Explorer Club. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

How do I restore my purchases?

Open the app → go to the subscription screen → tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

My prize didn't register at the park

Please contact us with a screenshot of your prize screen and the date/location of your visit. We'll resolve it within 24 hours.
