By downloading or using the Dream Riders Explorer Club app ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Dream Riders Explorer Club mobile application. By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are the parent or legal guardian of any child using the App.

2. Description of Service

Dream Riders Explorer Club is an educational entertainment app designed for children aged 4 and older. The App provides:

• Educational games covering geography, math, animals, and more
• A daily spin wheel with prizes redeemable at Dream Riders locations
• An Explorer Passport to track visits across Dream Riders parks
• Points, streaks, and achievement tracking

3. Subscriptions

The App is available via auto-renewable subscription:

• Explorer Plan ($14.99/month): Includes 1 free 10-minute ride credit per month at any Dream Riders location, plus full access to all app features.
• Champion Plan ($19.99/month): Includes 1 free 15-minute ride credit per month at any Dream Riders location, plus full access to all app features.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. You may manage and cancel your subscription in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

4. Free Trial

New subscribers may receive a free trial period (3 days for standard users; 30 days for verified Dream Riders customers). Any unused portion of the free trial is forfeited upon purchase of a subscription. Only one free trial per Apple ID.

5. Ride Credits & Prizes

Monthly ride credits and spin wheel prizes are redeemable at participating Dream Riders locations only. Ride credits do not carry over month to month. Prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged. Dream Riders reserves the right to modify or discontinue prize offerings at any time.

6. Offline Use

The App is designed to function without an internet connection. Game progress is stored locally on your device. An active subscription is required to access all features regardless of connectivity status.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent subscription requirements or prize verification
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the App's source code
• Create multiple accounts to obtain multiple free trials

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including games, graphics, text, and animations, is owned by Dream Riders or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any App content without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Dream Riders does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the App will be error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dream Riders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
